We are looking for a well mannered Indian Male Sales Coordinator who is passionate about customer service and also to follow-up on the sales deals. \

Job responsibilities:

• Developing and generating client leads
• Maintaining and updating an extensive Client Database
• Liaison between Sales Manager and other internal teams
• Point of contact for potential customers
• Preparing Quotations
• To coordinate and monitor activities and schedules with both internal and external clients. 
• To facilitate flow of products between Logistics and Sales Team

COUNTRY MANAGER – QATAR (Ref: CMQ01)
Looking out for a person with a degree in management and with Proven Track record in Sales of Deformed bars / Structural Steel within the GCC market & having managed fairly large Deformed bar / Structural Steel sales team will be key with min 7 years experience in the steel industry in Qatar.

• As a Country Manager you will be responsible for the management of all the Group’s activities within a country. The candidate will be solely responsible for the Profit and Loss of the area. 
• Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan. A key part of the role will be to produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis. Also, the receivable management strategy plan. 
• The role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of a Country Manager’s Job, therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential. Responsible for administration and management of the overall sales effort for the Deformed Bar / Structural Steel trading division  
• Train, develop & motivate team members for succession. Responsible for reviewing, improving and implementing systems and procedures to facilitate efficient sales operations in support of the department's business plan. 
• Work with the Management to target low performers and develop action plans with the supervisor to increase productivity. Implement sales initiatives that will increase departmental productivity Identify training issues and concerns to ensure appropriate training, coaching and counselling is provided to the team. 
• Identifying problems and recommending action plans to improve and attain departmental objectives. Keeping the Management aware of administrative and procedural matters within the department. Gather information regarding competitive products and pricing within the market place. 
• Ensure regular visits by self & the team to customers/ prospective customers  so as to maintain & nurture existing relationships / develop new relationships. • Stationed in Dubai, he would be primarily responsible for selling from company’s stock materials to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar. 
• Knowledge of mill sales to cater to the project sales requirement on forward delivery basis would be an advantage. 
• Should be self motivated, target driven, ready to travel to the GCC countries. 
• Responsible for reviewing, improving and implementing systems and procedures to facilitate efficient sales operations in support of the department's current and future business plans. 
• Should also, possess extensive client network of fabricators, contractors, etc. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, strong understanding of customer and market dynamics are required.

SALES ENGINEER – FOUNDATION SOLUTION (DUBAI) – (SE-SS03)
As part of our growth strategy, we are hiring a SALES ENGINEER with prior experience in sale of building materials to civil engineering and infrastructure companies in the region.

He/She should be target driven and should have good contacts with the companies in piling and infrastructure construction. Steel sheet piles would be one of the main products to handle. However, prior experience in sheet pile sales is not necessary, sufficient training would be provided.

Requirement:

• Preferably a Degree in Civil Engineering/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Should be self motivated & willing to travel extensively.

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar field . Proficient in MS Office package (English & Arabic), Knowledge of Immigration & Labour Department procedures.. Liaise with government departments regarding visa related matters, typing and translation in Arabic. UAE driving License would be an advantage.
