Designation : Customer Service Executive - Email & Chat Process(Non Voice) On the direct pay rolls of Fedex.

Shift Timings : There are four shift timings : Morning 9 AM - Evening 6 PM , Morning 10 AM - Evening 7 PM , Morning 11 AM - Evening 8 PM , Afternoon 12 noon - Evening 9 PM....Candidate should be flexible enough to work in all these four shifts.

Job Location : Near Badarpur Border , South Delhi .....WALKING DISTANCE FROM METRO STATION.....with NO CAB FACILITIES given by the company...

JD : 
FOR NON VOICE PROCESS : Candidate will be responsible for solving the Clients queries through email & Chats & to support backend Operations.

Please note : In FedeX India Pvt ltd , English Communication plays an important role..So, Fluent English speaking is must at the time of the Interview.

Candidate should be a minimum graduate.

Freshers with GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATIONS can also apply.

Candidate should have good ENGLISH COMMUNICATION skills.

5 Days working..Sunday is a fixed Off and 1 Rotational Off will be given in between Monday to Saturday.
