Mandatory:

       

 

      • Candidate must be carrying at least  1.5 year to 5.0 years experience in sales & marketing domain.
      • Candidate must have own two wheeler / conveyance / Bike this is mandatory.
      • Candidate must should be working with any of the organization.


Role & Responsibilities: 
Managing Front line sales & Business Development, Increase business revenue. Generating sales through Retail Liability products Like: CASA, FDs Li / Gi & Personal Loan etc.


Job Description: 
  • Acquisition & Deepening of CASA for the branch.
  • Generating revenue through third party products (Assets).
  • Responsible for generating sales with new & existing customers and developing opportunities with customers within assigned branch.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
  • Liaising between customers and the Bank for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
  • Report on sales activities to top management.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Skill & Knowledge: 
  • Should have good communication & presentation skills.
  • Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
  • Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
  • May have good existing client relationships in the market.
  • Maximum age should be under 30 years.

Job Locations:  
  • (Delhi & NCR)  Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad & Faridabad.
  • Chandigarh (Punjab)


Eligibility / Experience Criteria/:
 
Candidate must be carrying at least 1.5 year to 5.0 year experience in sales & marketing domain.


Education Qualification: 
  • Minimum Graduate with any stream (Full Time). Or
  • Post Graduate with any stream and MBA will be Preferred. 

Salary Package: 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA
